Death and Dr. Who

ZOMG!!!
Michael Jackson is dead??!!
How the hell did this HAPPEN?!
And more importantly, why is every single news station covering it?
This morning it was all about the elections in Iran, then a half hour later it was about Farah Fawcetts death.
How sad was that, by the way? I really thought she might've had a chance, I was honestly sad when I heard she died.
Michael Jacksons death did come as a bit of a shock too, I mean, I wasn't TOO familiar with his music, but I knew a little about him.
It is a sad circumstance on both sides, but I DO have to say this.
I believe in the sudden uproar over Michael Jacksons death, Farahs death was overshadowed, which disappoints me. There were memorials planned for her, but they were beaten back because of all the breaking news coverage on Jacksons death, and I don't think thats fair.
And, not to disrespect the dead, but he was dead 6 hours and it was still breaking news, at least on E!
No other death got this kind of coverage, at least not as far back as I remember.
But needless to say, both of the deaths were equally tragic, and my thoughts go to the families.
Aside note: Another hot day, go watch the Dr Who episode 'Blink', it'll scare the pants off you!
